Restoration of the lower teeth

This patient has a very bad bite which caused her to chew away her teeth.
I restored her lower teeth utilising composite restorations to preserve these teeth in the most conservative way possible. She didn’t want to bleach her lower teeth at first, but then when we got to the uppers she requested a lighter shade, so we ended with whiter upper teeth , yet she was very pleased with it. For the upper teeth we used zirconia crowns so that we could manipulate the bite some what, thus ending up with a more favourable bite and very pleasing aesthetics.
